Compulsory introduction of martial arts will not be put off.
Senior Vice Minister of Education Tenzou Okumura stated in the press meeting held in the ministry that compulsory implementation of martial arts will not be postponed but will be enforced as scheduled. He also added that a system must be built to assure safe instruction.
